What exactly am I billed for?
One yearly payment for the plan you choose: $159 for Sketch, $369 for Studio or $600 for Network. The monthly figures on the cards are only there to help you compare. You are not charged monthly.
When does the charge happen?
When you buy a plan, and then once a year on the same date. The price on the card is the whole amount, with no setup fee and no charge for extra clips.
How do I cancel?
Turn off renewal in your account settings at any time. Your plan keeps working until the end of the year you paid for, and it simply doesn’t renew.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. If you outgrow Sketch, you can move up to Studio or Network when you’re ready. Your library, clips and brand settings come with you.
What happens to my recordings if I leave?
Your original files were never changed, so you still have them exactly as you uploaded them. Download any clips you want to keep before your plan ends.
